Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping and ground shipping in the US. Parcels are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Item(s) will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after receipt and approval of payment. For Fed-Ex express, please contact customer service at

Shipping is calculated based on a per-item flat rate.
Books:
First book 8.00 each additional book $4.00. Alaska and Hawaii First book 15.00 each additional book 4.00. Shipping discounts only apply to the continental USA. All International orders will incur an additional $20.00 processing fee upon checkout. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGES
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package online with USPS. Package tracking:

Pan African Connection Bookstore is dedicated to protecting your privacy. The information we collect is gathered to ensure secure ordering. Review the policy below for detailed information. If you have any concerns, comments or complaints, be sure to let us know.
Online browsing:
IP address – We use IP addresses to measure our site traffic. Referral site – If you come to our site via a link, the location of the referral is captured. This is used to help us know where our users come from. IP addresses are also used in determining valid orders.
When purchasing products online:
Name, and contact information are sent through to the secured credit card processing service that you chose upon checkout. No credit card information is taken prior to you reaching the processors screen. To confirm that you are on a secured processor site you will notice https: in the browser address window and should also be present.
Information sharing:
We do not purchase and or sell any personal customer information.
E-mail:
When you contact us, we will contact you by e-mail to confirm receipt of your request and/or to update you on the status of your order. The only e-mail you will receive from us will be regarding your order(s). Unless you subscribe to our newsletter that we send out quarterly.
Your information is secure:
Your account information and order history are kept confidential. Access to your personal information is restricted within our company to provide maximum security.

What is your return policy?
BOOK RETURNS:
New, unused books can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Books must be in their original condition. If a return is due to an error on our part we will cover the shipping cost of the return. You must contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before returning any item, via email to panafric@airmail.net. No returns can be processed without a RAN number. Pack books in a box padded with paper or packing materials. Enclose a copy of the packing slip/invoice you received with your order. Include your contact information including phone number.
NON-BOOK RETURNS:
We are happy to accept returns of gifts within 30 days of receipt. We will issue you a refund or a gift certificate to be used on Panafricanconnection.com for the amount of the items being returned to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number, as above.
