Shipping
1. Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States only.
2. How long does shipping take?
We typically ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
- Orders placed over the weekend are usually shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.
- Standard processing is 3–5 business days after payment approval, though many orders go out sooner.
3. What shipping carriers do you use?
- Standard Shipping: United States Postal Service (USPS)
- FedEx Express: Available upon request. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm rates and timing.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking number by email
- A tracking link to USPS (or FedEx if arranged)
You can also track directly through the carrier’s website.

How can I get my book/product into your bookstore?
We love discovering new authors and products! You can:
- Send a copy/ sample directly to our bookstore, OR
- Email us at info@panafricanconnection.com with the ISBN number
Please note: We cannot guarantee placement, but we will carefully review every submission.
How can I host an event or book signing at your store?
Please email us at info@panafricanconnection.com with:
- Two possible dates that work for you
- Event details (ticketed or free, number of guests, food, vendors, indoor/outdoor, etc.)

What is your return policy?
We generally do not accept returns. In special cases, returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis with a valid receipt.
